Why You Cannot Exclude Any Family Member
The family member or ancestor you exclude is the one you will become. Are you excluding an ancestor, grandparent, or parent for what they have done? There are consequences if a family member or ancestor is excluded or denied the right to belong.
We often discover during sessions that a member of the client’s family was excluded. This means that on an unconscious level, one or more members of the family decided, "You don't belong to the family anymore." "I will keep your absence or that you ever existed a secret."
This is mostly done on a deep subconscious level but it is a very powerful decision with long-lasting consequences.
It has far-reaching negative consequences for someone’s life, relationships, career, success and health. It can create disorder, illness, and emotional suffering.
That is because all family members or ancestors have an equal right to belong, and if anyone is excluded internally and externally, it has very deep and far-reaching effects until they are included.
Exclusion can come in the form of an abortion, a miscarriage or a stillborn child that is not acknowledged and included into the family. Sometimes, a family member or ancestor is excluded because of a conflict, hate or shame for what they did, and this is a secret. A passed-away family member can be excluded for what they did during their lifetime.
What can happen is that one person often takes on the feelings, programs, fate, and behavioral patterns of the excluded family member, even physical illnesses or relationship patterns. This is done unconsciously but one can be made conscious and aware of it. The point being, it is like a family law, discovered in Family Constellation, that every member of the family must be included or another family member, like a descendent, will attempt to include that excluded member on a subconscious or conscious level.
During Releasing sessions, we release decisions and deep programs that are connected to those excluded so that the deep dynamics can come back to order and harmony and so that the harmonious energy flow can be restored. This then has an extremely deep and far-reaching positive and encouraging impact on one's life. It is often as if a huge anchor has been lifted or an energy-blocking dam is broken.
A case could be that a woman is suicidal or depressed and the root cause is one where she has a "secret death wish" to leave her body, to go to the 'other side' to be with the aborted or miscarried child who was not given an official place in the family. So the wish to go to the other side to be with the child needs to be released and she needs to make the decision to come back to this side of life and then acknowledge the child's place within the family. This will set things in order and harmony within the soul can be achieved.
