“A lot of tension left…”

Hi Heiko & Selina, finished watching the video this morning and then had to sleep it off. What a wonderful session.

So much movement. Half way through the session, a lot of lower back tension and pain left, throat got unblocked, head feels lighter. Also did the Releasing Statements from the booklet. And the ones about opening the heart were truly life changing. Loved it all! Can’t wait for the next session. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! A true gift to humanity.
