It was a great session, nice to be reminded of the calming presence that Selina and Heiko bring. I was skeptical, but the format was very effective. It felt very intimate, at times I forgot it was not a private session.

Great selection of Releasing Statements, generic enough to capture common issues but also articulate enough to resonate.
